WHO I AM

I am Rachel Grainger, and as a therapist, I believe that everyone is worthy of love, belonging, and respect. I believe that everyone has inherent worth and value, that our bodies are beautiful, unique and astoundingly resilient. I believe that the human spirit is capable of immeasurable love and that our capacity for healing is limitless. I believe that our differences are worth celebrating and emphasizing. I believe that everyone is capable of growth. I would love to join you in your healing journey and provide support as you grow into the best version of yourself.
